Dan-Savage

Inforum at the Commonwealth Club are rad. Not only do they put on amazing events, they also let me give away tickets to you, my dear and demented readers. This particular one seems pretty incredible. I’ve got a pair of premium tickets for one lucky winner. This includes his book, priority seating, pre-reception with appearance by Dan Savage and gift bag.If I wasn’t in NYC that day I’d be there in a second! But alas, I’m doing very important things (not really). Anyways, here is all the info about the event. If you wanna buy tickets you can do so here. Otherwise the entry form is below. The winner will be notified on Sunday.:

After decades of braving dirty fantasies, obscure sex questions and all things taboo in his bawdy advice column “Savage Love,” Dan Savage has become America’s go-to sweetheart for everything from parenting trans children to legitimizing poly relationships. Now, fresh off the success of his Emmy-winning It Gets Better Campaign, aimed at the prevention of LGBT youth suicide, provocateur Savage is at it again in long form with his newest book, American Savage. Join us for a night of straight talk, scandalous insights and political banter – infused with some trademark Savage Love.

This event will be the first of a series of interviews hosted by Daniel Handler.

Location:The Castro Theatre, 429 Castro St.

Time: 6 p.m. check-in, 6-7 p.m. premium reception (for premium ticket holders only), 7 p.m. program, 8 p.m. book signing

Good luck!
