The Wooden Nickel Celebrates 4 Years in The Mission!

Photo of Roux, The Wooden Nickel’s mascot, from his instagram account.
The Wooden Nickel is one of my favorite bars in San Francisco. Granted I’m a little biased since it’s near where I live and my good friend/old roommate Nancy Chung owns it. But even if that weren’t the case, I’d still love this bar.
Besides the fact that they have cheap drinks and great bartenders, The Nickel also serves San Diego style Mexican food like California Burritos and rolled tacos. Considering I grew up in San Diego, this makes me extra happy. Plus the vibe reminds me of what the Mission was like 10 or 15 years ago before it changed so irrevocably. And of course, my favorite part of the Wooden Nickel is that Roux, the delightful blonde French Bulldog hangs out there all the time with his mom Nancy. Roux’s my buddy, we used to snuggle a lot.
Anyways, here’s the flyer for the 4 year anniversary party. It’s got all info other than one important thing, they are raffling off tickets to a Warriors game!!

Who is this guy Damon with several awful Yelp reviews? Is he currently employed there?
Would come so long as I feel service would be friendly
