The Census is really important to our Democracy. The more we know about our communities, the better decisions we can make as a democracy. So do your part, in only takes a few minutes!
The U.S. Census counts every resident in the United States. It is mandated by Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution and takes place every 10 years. The information they gather now will have a massive effect on government policy for the next decade, how we spend our tax dollars, not to mention the number of seats each state gets in congress ! So it is very important that we get an accurate account of America and its people!
