The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

Winter in NYC can be brutal for those without shelter. Potential for blizzards and subzero temperatures are all too real for the nearly 80,000 individuals that are currently without homes in New York City alone. Believe New York is looking to clothe as many people as possible. Hot off their success with their first annual Thanksgiving Dinner, Believe’s Community Events program is looking to continue directly impacting the lives of the people who need it most.

Believe New York will be collecting donated items until: Sunday, January 17th, 2021.

All Donations are going to Women In Need and Covenant House.

Email BelieveNewYork@gmail.com or call 347-NYC-0011 for pick up or drop offs.

Sonny Curtin (they/them) is an absurdist, and not particularly tall. They are also a Co-Founder and Director of Development for Believe New York Philanthropies, a nonprofit in New York City. Their preferred prefix is Count, but they hope to one day be a Viceroy.
