Shining Light on the Outer Sunset People Helping Us Get Through the Pandemic
I’m not sure if you’ve seen it yet, but I’ve teamed up with the folks at Here/Say Media to make something really special. It’s a new series called When the Light Come Up in the City and it’s a celebration of the people, places, and businesses that have helped us get through the pandemic. The best part about doing this series is getting to show love to folks who have taken one of the toughest periods many of us will ever live through, and used it as an opportunity to build community. The people and businesses in this series deserve all the adoration and attention possible.
But the weird thing is, no matter how good something is, you always have to contend with the fact that social media platforms won’t show it to anyone. It’s really quite frustrating.
As a result of this, not too many people have actually seen these episodes because they aren’t being shown to them. And it’s a shame.
So please take a couple minutes and watch When the Lights Come Up in the City. I promise you will not only enjoy it, you will come away inspired. And after you watch the episodes, please share them with your friends.
