He’s popping up all over town! I’m here for all of it, but here’s what I’m most excited about for the week of 1/16…

Jenner Fox Band

Five albums later, a decade of cutting his teeth on the river and road, Jenner is a storyteller, a peanut butter purist, a cargo bike advocate, a Pacific NorthWesterner, and that rare kind of songwriter with the ability to, “Gather up what we see as common as crab apples and polish them into shiny orbs.

FOG Design + Art 2024

Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country

Incubated to the sounds of the Dead, educated by some of Nashville’s finest players, and having more than 2,000 shows under his belt and a social media presence, Daniel Donato is indeed a millennial whirligig of creative fire.

Open Rehearsal: Mtt & Seong Jin Cho

Making his San Francisco Symphony debut, the 29-year-old South Korean pianist Seong-Jin Cho applies his powerhouse technique and interpretive finesse to Beethoven’s tender, tempestuous Third Concerto. In his New World Symphony, Antonín Dvořák recounts his impressions of America and nods to the music he heard there, without straying too far from his Czech roots.

Opening night of Sketchfest! For his first live North American show in 7 years, Eric will be joined by his friend and collaborator Jeff B. GUILTY PLEASURES – Curated by Emily Fromm and Amanda Lynn

SF Sketchfest Presents: The Red Room Orchestra play “The Lost Boys” Soundtrack

The Light Up The Night Bike Parade

The SF Bicycle Coalition and SF Parks Alliance are teaming up for our 3rd annual Light Up the Night Parade, a special edition of our seasonal light distribution campaign! SF Sketchfest Presents: Middle Aged Dad Jam Band w/ Ken Marino & David Wain
