Riot Fest Bands Answer One-Word Interview Questions

To help y’all to get to know some of the (many) artists you should get to know from Riot Fest, we sped up the process by having them pick a one-word interview question from a hat. Here’s what 11 of them had to say (these are all actual quotes):

Artist: Doom Scroll 1WIQ: Rights? A: “Trans rights are human rights. No one is illegal on stolen land. People need rights and they keep trying to take them from us.” And then added, “But also, hey hey hey smoke weed every day!”

Artist: Winona Fighter 1WIQ: Books? A: “Sure.” “No.” “I’d do a book or two.” Then after reading further,, they re-answered,“Comic books and chapter books, I’m in.” “Biographies and only if I can listen to them.” “Only self-help books.”

Artist: Sincere Engineer 1WIQ: Coffee? A: “I love coffee, I have to get one every day, I drink about 2 centimeters of it, iced coffee, big fan, Dunkin’ or local – black coffee to cut the calories.”
