Spring Book Sale All Weekend at Fort Mason
When was the last time you actually bought a book? Since most of us read our news, tweets and blogs online, some people feel books just add clutter to their lives and prefer to read off of their Kindle. However, some of us are old-fashioned and like to have an actual book in hand – it seems more sentimental and actual. I remember I always loved library books because they had such a history and a weird smell to them. For those of you who still enjoy a good book, and not to mention a slew of other media, get down to Fort Mason Civic Center’s Festival Pavilion this weekend for the Srping Book Sale!
Starting Thursday, March 29th-Sunday, April 1, you can score outrageous deals on amazing treasures. All profits of the event go to support the San Francisco Public Library. The event runs each day from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. There will be over 400,o00 books, vinyls, DVDs, CDs and other media divided into 100 categories. Everything is $3 or less with a 3-2-1 scale. Hardback books are $3, paperback books and all other items. Everything still there goes for $1 on Sunday! What a steal!
