I’ve somehow made it to the point where philanthropic organizations for rich people like to give me tickets to giveaway to their big, shmancy events. I don’t know how I got here, but I dig it baby. Anyways, do you know about the Spinsters of San Francisco? They are a fancy pants organization for women who do all kinds of philanthropic stuff. It’s basically a sorority for grown women who get together in nice dresses and do good stuff for the world. Here’s what they say about themselves:

Since 1929, Spinsters of San Francisco has been one of the most prominent women’s social and philanthropic organizations in the Bay Area. Spinsters of San Francisco is comprised of 175 professional and college-educated women between the ages of 21 and 35 who are dedicated to providing an influential and positive impact on the local community. Spinsters of San Francisco’s strong commitment to improving the community is achieved by promoting voluntarism, encouraging leadership, and collaborating with other community philanthropic organizations.

The Spinsters largest annual fundraiser, the 2014 Patrons Reception, is coming up on Saturday, April 12th. The silent auction they are doing benefits:

the Edgewood Center for Children and Families and includes awesome items like SF Giants tickets, a tour of Cowgirl Creamery, an iPad mini, gift cards to some of San Francisco’s most renown restaurants and Napa’s top wineries. There will also be an awesome DJ as well as plenty of dancing and rubbing elbows with an exclusive crowd.

And these tickets come with an open bar! Wanna win tickets? Then enter below! Otherwise you can buy tickets here.
