Get an Inexpensive, Custom Suit at Indochino’s New Brick & Mortar Shop

I’ve always considered myself a well dressed cat. In SF that’s pretty easy considering how many dudes think it’s acceptable to wear North Face fleeces to everything (seriously, if this is you, you should not be allowed to get laid), but even outside of SF I feel like I hold my own. I’ve accumulated a pretty amazing collection of blazers, shirts, and pants, but it’s always hard too find a full, well fitted suit. You wanna know why? Because, those fuckers are expensive! Almost all the suits I’ve ever owned were second hand; I either got them from my dad, or a thrift store, or a guy named Paul I used to live with.
Then one day I hooked up with Indochino. We did a little tradesky and I wrote about their pop-up shop in exchange for a custom tailored suit (pretty much exactly what I’m doing now). And let me tell you, I’m so damn pleased with the suit that I genuinely recommend Indochino to anyone I know who looking to get suited up. Here’s the thing, have you ever looked at how much a custom tailored suit costs? They are like eleventy-thousand dollars! Considering that Indochino’s suits start at $449, it’s almost silly to ever get a suit anywhere else, unless you wanna look like baggy-ass-grandpa-pants guy at every fancy function you go to.
Previously Indochino would just blow through town once or twice a year, set up shop for a week, and then go on their merry way spreading dapper cheer around the country like Johnny fucking Applesuit. But luckily for you, and me, and all those people who desperately need to get out of their North Face Fleeces, Indochino is setting up a permanent shop at 61 Post Street. At this new showroom, the fine folks at Indochino will be providing full-service fittings to customers through ordering their suit and being there for them when it arrives. This of course coincides nicely with the release of their new Winter collection. Well played Indochino, it appears you thought of everything.
Last time Indochino traipsed through town I went in to get measured and found the experience to be delightful. Everyone was super cool and knew what the hell they were doing and I was measured places I’d never even thought of measuring before (get your mind out of the gutter!). Here’s some other reasons to book an appointment:
• Get measured by a fit specialist
• Create a measurement profile
• Get styled by a personal stylist
• Discover customization options
• Feel fabric samples and see the collection in-person
• Build a custom suit you’ll want to wear everyday
And the best part is that a fitting only takes 30 min so you can pop by whenever you have a little extra free time. Go here to book your own appointment so you can be the flyest dude at the next wedding you go to. How else are you gonna land that bridesmaid? Just look above at the suit I chose. That shit is ill son!
