Remember Missed Connections? Craigslist’s personal section was not only used by lonely stranger danger booty calls but it was a popular site where you could reach out semi-anonymously to the “cute girl on the N-Judah” who was reading Eat Pray Love on your commute to the FiDi. Or hit up that guy at Badlands you made out with but forgot if his name was Mark, Matt or Max. A tiny desperate attempt to connect with that one person you shared a fleeting moment.
Well Pride weekend is now over and the Missed Connections posts are finding their way onto Craigslist. I figured I’d share my favorite ones, and who knows, maybe even help someone find that beautiful stranger with the neon cock ring they wish they’d talked to.

Castro Saturday night for Pride, maybe around 11 PM. We were in the pizza by the slice place. You had brown hair, a dark blue shirt and like red blue and yellow sunglasses hanging on your collar. I think maybe you had an accent but I was kinda tipsy so not entirely sure. You started making out with my fluffy wolf backpack and called him “your love” haha it was so funny. Def one of the highlights of our night. You seem like a wild silly good time and we should totally follow eachother on fb or IG or snapchat.
Haha hope you don’t think this is weird, I just love meeting new people and when I find colorful personalities I love to add them cuz they always have the best posts and post things about cool stuff going on locally I didn’t know about. It’s just good to grow your connections.
