EasyPost’s CEO is SF’s Top Trump Donor. Activists are Calling for Boycott.
Yesterday I received a press release from Michael Petrelis, one of San Francisco’s most colorful activists. Michael helped organize the protest against SoulCycle the other week and he’s also the one who got all the SF fire stations to open their bathrooms for public use.
Today (Monday 8/19) there will be a press conference and protest at EasyPost headquarters, 120 Kearny Street (Montgomery Tower), at 5pm.
According to the press release:
Political activists are launching a boycott of EasyPost because the founder and owner, Jarrett Streebin, gave over $100,000 to the Donald Trump reelection campaign in April making him the top Trump donor from San Francisco. Streebin’s online shipping company is based in the Financial District but he provides services to individuals and corporate across America.
Political donations are pubic information so I was also provided with the public records of Streebin’s donations:
Turn out today to protest Streebin and make sure to stop using EasyPost. Spread the word.
