St. Patrick’s Day, family birthdays (making my yearly batch of Grandma’s potato stew in her memory), and how different life has become since this exact time last year. The Garcia Project

Pom Pom Squad

Pom Pom Squad is a Brooklyn-based indie rock band that has been making waves with their distinctive blend of punk, grunge, and pop influences. Shannon Beveridge

Recognizing the need for diverse representation in entertainment, Shannon Beveridge has made it her mission as a storyteller to represent the LGBTQIA+ community through her work. Shannon hosts a weekly video podcast called exes & o’s where she talks about queer relationships and sex with a rotating influential queer guest. While she loves creating her own content, she also directs and produces music videos for artists like Joy Oladokun, Alyson Stoner, and Fletcher, and photographs artists like Ariana Grande, The Beaches, and Zolita. She’s also produced some stunning narrative shorts and has received several awards for her work. Shannon hopes to continue her mission to foster an inclusive future for everyone.

John Francis Flynn

The Expendables – 25 Year Anniversary Tour

The Expendables started out their 25-year career as a spirited party band in high school performing surf-rock covers for birthdays and family  gatherings. A quarter-century later, elementary school buddies Raul Bianchi, Adam Peterson and  Geoff Weers, along with bassist Ryan DeMars, who joined in 2000, have forged a unique sound born in the laid-back beach life in their hometown of Santa Cruz, CA. The Expendables’  infectious hybrid of ska, surf-rock, punk, reggae and metal can be heard in their latest streaming  track, “Surfman Cometh,” a spaghetti-western meets “Pipeline” twang that could easily form the  soundtrack to the latest Quentin Tarantino film.

NIXED+Normal Weirds+Vice Viscera+Speak for the Dead
