Street Food gets its own…Street?
My coverage of the burgeoning street food scene in SF is never ending. First, there was the article. Then, there was Curtis encouraging people to clean up the park, and in turn, winning Best of The Bay. San Francisco magazine decided to do a full on spread on the who’s who and what’s what of the growing street food scene.
So what’s the most perfect way to culminate all of these growing media attentions properly? Have a festival of course!
Though many of the restaurants participating are known for their haute cuisine, they are dumbing down their atmosphere and service for the masses, which means you carry along the reward in the discounted prices.
The festival is FREE to get into and although you may be able to resist that bacon wrapped hot dog while drunk, nothing will keep you from wanting Jamie Lauren‘s [in]famous hot dogs. No, that was not sexual, but she is seriously one of the hottest lesbians to make it on to television as of late. Thanks for reppin the Bay with your big smile, Jamie!
