Jumpin Java
Jumpin Java is a great place to get work done. They’ve got free wi-fi, mellow background music and more electric outlets than a marijuana grow room. In fact, since my girlfriend lived near when I was writing my SF book (and I was homeless and staying with her), I wrote much of it here. Maybe in the future, when this writing shit has made me famous, and I die at a premature age, and my widow and illegitimate children are squabbling over my millions because I didn’t leave a will, and some genius has started city tours following the 'œBroke-Ass' path, people will come to this spot and say, 'œWow he really use to sit here and write!'
Probably not, but the truly amazing thing about this place is that it might be the only spot in the world where you get this many gay men together and not a single person is picking up on one another other. Truthfully it’s a little eerie.

You know what else is eerie? I know an African-American who doesn’t like watermelon, and an Asian fellow who is a really good driver.
Good job on keeping gay stereotypes alive here in SF.
Here’s a stereotype that always plays true: Most people who comment on the internet can’t take a joke.
Ah, the smug superiority of the SWM!
