Beth Dean started throwing this party at her own expense as her love letter to San Francisco. “A weird, cool and cheap party seemed like everything San Francisco is all about, and it was insane to me to have to pay $30 to get into a club on Halloween, so I started throwing my own party, and it’s become bigger every year.
