Murderers’ Row of SF Comics Performing at “Troubled Comedy” Launch
After 9 years, weekly Mission-area comedy show “Troubled Comedy ” will move to The Valencia Room on March 10th. Up until now it was at Amnesia, which has unfortunately closed down.
Local favorites Jim McVeigh (SF Punchline) and Alexandria Love (SF Sketchfest, SXSW) will host Troubled Comedy every week Tuesday at 8pm starting with a kickoff/housewarming show on March 10 featuring a jam-packed lineup of the bay’s best comics. They’ll also have cake – because what’s a party without cake?
This long-running San Francisco show is a cornerstone of the Bay Area comedy scene. The show is free, but tips are encouraged. Get there early if you want seats, but there’s always plenty of room to stand in the back!
Here’s the lineup:
Feel Woods (Comedy Central’s Clusterfest, Comedy Central’s Up Next)
Chey Bell (The Comedy Store, Laff Factory)
Dauood Naimyar (Punchline San Francisco,Punchline Sacramento, Finalist in San Jose Improv Comedy Competition)
Ryan Goodcase (Punchline San Francisco, Cobb’s Comedy Club, and Rooster T. Feathers Comedy Club)
& some super secret special guests
