Small Worlds
by Vanessa Gil, Arts & Events Editor
Last week, I attended 13th Floor’s performance of “The Lost Inn – Immersive Dark Faerie Noir” at the San Francisco Mint. It was 1930s noir meets faeries meets a trickster carnival. Much of the audience dressed appropriately in whimsical sparkle for the occasion. There were many of us in maroon velvet jackets (I have worn mine for many a costume). The performance leads the audience from room to room, scene to scene. It was beautifully and creatively done. (Small world, but I realized I used to be an SF city segway tour guide with one of the actors in the cast. Hi, Nick!) If you ever have a chance, I highly suggest checking out 13th Floor’s future immersive theatre experiences. And finally, Britney better vote Danielle out on Traitors this week. Thank you. Here’s the events I am excited for the week of 3/4 and beyond.
