3rd Ward’s FREE Sixth Annual Birthday BBQ

Live music, delicious food, educational workshops and live comedy. This is what you can expect when you stop by 3rd Ward’s Sixth Annual Birthday BBQ on Saturday, May 12th.

Rucola, Brooklyn Cured Sausages, Four & Twenty Blackbird Pies and Shelky’s Smoked Fish will be just some of the few eateries on hand, coming together to create an amazing BBQ menu to keep your mouth salivating.

The Stumblebum Brass Band and Off The Record featuring Dan Nuestadt will be rocking the house. Demos and workshops from some of 3rd Ward’s unique classes from their education program will be available to participants, too. Want to learn about the anatomical workings of a bicycle? How about the essential sewing basics and fanciful fabric making? You can learn this and much more.

Finally, Moviehouse, along with Angel Yau and her friends from UCBcomedy, will be entertaining patrons with live comedy, films and music videos.

The BBQ will be held from 2pm-8pm, and is absolutely FREE if you RSVP here. Have fun!!!
