Tonight is the one year anniversary of our favorite late night talk show Late Night Basement with Chris Rose. Interviews with Sara Schaefer of MTV’s Nicki & Sara Live and former head blogger for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Trieste Kelly Dunn of Cinemax’s Banshee, and Katja Blichfeld & Ben Sinclair of the popular web series High Maintenance will all be in the building. Plus, stand up from comedian Max Silvestri and 2-for-1 beers from Heavy Seas.

Brooklyn Wildlife is celebrating the birthday of one of its founders, Chris Carr, at Passenger Bar with a Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum open bar from 8pm-9pm, music, poetry, burlesque and the unexpected. The Tarot Society will be back at the Body Actualized Center in Bushwick this Sunday for all of your tarot reading, palm reading and astrological needs. Your hostess Darcey Leonard will be reading palms as her husband, DJ Sex Libris, creates the perfect ambiance of spacey jams to put you at ease. All readings are donation based ($5-$25 suggestion), but no one is turned away because a lack of funds. Also, all levels of tarot readers are encouraged to attend if you’d like to practice your abilities.
