Most stalkworthy. Beard. EVER.

Well, my credit card bills from October (read:  playoffs and World Series month) have finally been whittled down to respectable amounts, but what with the holidays and adjusting to 2011, I didn’t realize that baseball season, while obviously not officially beginning until April, is BACK for hardcore fans this Saturday at AT&T Park’s Giants FanFest 2011.  And let’s face it, who isn’t a hardcore fan after our triumphant victory over those Texas assholes?

Tomorrow starting at 11am until 3pm, the FREE event will feature lots of kid stuff, a live KNBR broadcast from home plate, the World Series trophy, and a chance to freely roam the field without spending a night in the slammer.  While all this is fine and good, let’s face it — the big draw of FanFest is the players.  The dreamy, dreamy baseball players.  Over 25 hot World Series champs are slated to appear, look hot and sign autographs.  Though technically you’re not supposed to take photos with the players, I’m pretty sure it’ll be fairly easy to snag a usable shot and then go ahead and Photoshop your ugly mug in later.  Really, I just want to meet the amazing, eccentric Brian Wilson in person.  I know that when our eyes meet, he’ll realize I’m not the psycho stalker I appeared to be that night in the Marina, lift that restraining order and whisk me away to meet The Machine.  If that doesn’t happen, at least NL Rookie of the Year Buster Posey, Tim Lincecum, Pat Burrell (ladies, lock up your vagina.  Seriously), Cody Ross, Barry Zito, Andres Torres and a host of other bootylicious Giants will be there to pick up some slack.

Christy Jovanelly - Cheapskate Commentator

When Christy announced she was leaving her family's Southern California home and moving to San Francisco, her mom said, "Have fun in that den of sin." This is the only (however sarcastic) advice Christy has ever taken from her mom, who also told her to join and cover her eyes during sex scenes in movies. Christy puts her creative writing degree to good use by locating the typos on Chinese food menus and spends most of her time challenging friends to all-you-can-eat contests and trying to get that one bartender at Zeitgeist to smile.
