FREE Columbus Day Trivia at The Bell House

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

If you’re looking for some Columbus Day entertainment that doesn’t involve parades or crowded department stores – or you just want to mourn the fact that you didn’t have the day off over some beer and light competition – head over to The Bell House for trivia night!

It’s time to brush up on your middle school history for this special Columbus Day edition of the monthly trivia nights hosted by Trivworks. Expect questions about “Italy, explorers and the discover of America.” Past prizes for the victorious have included $25 bar tabs and tickets to future events, which should be enough motivation for you to hit the books, i.e. pull up a few Wikipedia pages.

Tiara Francis - NY Know-it-all

Tiara was born in NYC, raised in NJ, and after studying Comp Lit at Columbia, vowed to never go back to the suburbs. While she has expensive taste, she also has shallow pockets and is always looking for a budget way to be a weekend warrior. Her hobbies include laughing way too loudly, putting hot sauce on/in everything - including margaritas - speaking French at inappropriate moments, and dancing like there’s no one else in da club.
