We want you to attend Mystic Midway’s Midwayville for free!

Midwayville, a popup carnival game world, invites guests to become a player inside an immersive, mixed-reality experience that ties together the best aspects of a theme park, a community centre, and a theatrical show. Running every Friday night 7:00pm to 11:30pm from June 17 through August 26, the show will build as the night and weeks go on, culminating in “boss-level” challenges that reward participants by unlocking park attractions, as well as collectively solving real-world challenges faced by the community.

The SoMa StrEat Food Park has been undergoing a makeover by the Midwayville crew, transforming it into a pixelated, video-game-like environment full of repainted buildings, whimsical set design pieces, an asphalt game board mural, stage show, sound design and intelligent lighting systems. Ivy Lumpkin, event director for SoMa StrEat Food Park said, “We can’t wait for people to see what Midwayville has been cooking up. It’s exactly what our city needs right now! New and returning guests to the park are in for a treat.”  A rotating selection of six food trucks will be featured each week, alongside multiple bars and VIP table reservations for large and small groups.

The winner will be gifted with a pair of tickets to the opening night June 24th!
