The fine folks at Moveon.org and Indivisible SF have put a plan into action to take to the streets since Trump is now interfering with the Russia Probe. This is really serious and shows that Trump feels he is above the law. This is literally how dictatorships start.

Below is all the info from the Facebook invite:

BREAKING: The Rapid Response protest has been triggered. WE ARE HITTING THE STREETS THURSDAY, NOV 8th AT 5PM at Civic Center. Bring electric candles or tealights!

This is a constitutional crisis for our country. It demands an immediate and unequivocal response to show that we will not tolerate abuses of power from Donald Trump.

San Francisco MoveOn event page is right here.

This is our moment to stand up to protect our democracy. Let’s mobilize to show that we won’t let Donald Trump become the authoritarian that he aspires to be. The law applies to all of us, and it’s essential that it also applies to the most powerful people in our country.

If you choose to attend an event, you agree to engage in nonviolent, peaceful action, to act lawfully, and to strive to de-escalate any potential confrontations with those who may disagree with our values.
