Sen. Scott Wiener, D-San Francisco, introduced legislation Tuesday that aims to end minimum sentencing for nonviolent drug offenders. In a Tweet Tuesday, Wiener said: “The War on Drugs failed. Denver Colorado has become the 1st major American city to make tripping on shrooms, legal.  It’s not quite Amsterdam just yet though, you won’t be able to walk into a dispensary and buy magic mushrooms, because selling shrooms is not covered in the new law, but you will no longer
