Megamixxxx insanity with DJO, Chuck Wild, & Señor Elegante.  GREAT Music, cheap drinks, and a guy named Jamie’s b-day craziness.  What’s not to love about that?  (Note from the DJ – This place gets grimy so be prepared and don’t wear nice shoes!)

10pm – 4am

And this Thursday, you have one chance to see Jamie Cummings and Elizabeth Blue in Elvis & Me: An Improvised Romance, just back from the Boston Improv Festival. Based on the beloved TV movie, based on the cherished memoir, based on the true love story of Elvis & Priscilla Presley! Plus, they’ll be doing a song and a dance, and I hear there are cupcakes and bacon in the picture.

Elvis & Me: An Improvised Romance
Thurs, Sept. 24
The Peoples Improv Theater
154 W. 29th St. (bw 6th & 7th Aves.) [Manhattan]

Danielle Levanas - Bargain Soul Huntress

Danielle was raised by a pack of coyotes in the Los Angeles hills. Since arriving in NY in 2001, she has had any number of strange jobs, including back-up singing for JELVIS (the Jewish Elvis), starting the non-profit LYDIA, and writing political cabarets. A huge advocate for travel as a way of life, you can find her at the Brooklyn Public Library when her bank account is empty, fantasizing about where to head off to next.
