Get Cultured, Bank of America-style (and it’s FREE!)
Attention Bank of America customers: Whatever beef you have with the red-white-and-blue financial institution, squash it. At least for a couple days here and there.
I’m not sure how I stumbled upon this little known fact, but BoA offers its cardholders FREE admission to more than 100 museums, zoos, science centers and botanical gardens the first full weekend of every month. Doesn’t matter what kind of BoA card you’ve got either – credit card, debit card, expired card because you don’t bank there anymore – just whip it out upon entry and you’re a VIP.
This offer applies to myriad cultural destinations that span a whopping 28 states. Right here in NYC you get FREE admission to the MoMA; Bronx Zoo; New York Aquarium; Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum; and the Whitney Museum of American Art.
Wanna get out of town and explore a world beyond our bridges and tunnels (yes, it does exist), BoA’s got you covered there, too. There are plenty of places to visit on Long Island and surrounding states up and down the Eastern Seaboard.
True, it’s not the bailout we were all hoping for, but it’s a start. Wachovia, are you listening?
