FREE Coffee All Over NYC Through February

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

Oh my God, you guys. Did you hear about this? This is kinda major. Like, new-Rococop-movie level major. When I budget out my life I can always count on a few common red lines. Biggest one is booze, naturally, but a perpetual deficit is my love of coffee. Now, thanks to Seamless Web, the service reducing ordering business lunches to filling out an online survey, there shall be FREE coffee at many spots throughout the city, roving different neighborhoods per week. Get amped for FREE COFFEE DAYS!

Now, let’s just get some stuff out of the way- if something’s too good to be true, it’s because it is. If you peruse the coffee offerings (cofferings) you won’t see the stuff that makes caffeinated hipsters go from six to midnight. You want Stumptown? Intelligentsia? Some other single source who with the what now? Too bad. The participants in this promotion are from the bad old days of NYC coffee, when it was black sludge that cost a buck and put enough pep in your step to get you to your next cup. Still, though, the bagel stand cup has its place. Just think about the lovely graphics of the ne0-Greek paper cup which have entered our popular conscious for inexplicable reasons. Time to drink simply and FREELY, my friends. Happy coffee tours.
