FREE Open Bluegrass Jam at Amnesia
Many great local and outside bluegrass and jazz acts grace Amnesia’s sacred stage from week to week. They are all incredibly talented. What about us average Joes, though?
Every second and fourth Monday of each month Amnesia plays host to The Pick!, which is an open jam session for anyone who plays a bluegrass instrument. The event is hosted by other local bluegrass musicians who may teach you something or just simply jam with you. Either way it is sure to be a damn good time. Did I mention the entire thing is entirely FREE? It doesn’t get much better.
By the way, keep an eye out for my buddy Dan on the banjo who may just be there. In any case, have a few beers and enjoy an always sweet bluegrass jam.
