Hear Broke-Ass Stuart Tell a Story at Porchlight Storytelling on September 16th!

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

Yes, the title of this post is written in the third person, but for fuck’s sake, you get it right? I mean, if I wrote “hear me read” you’d be like, there’s like 40  motherfuckers who write for this site, which me is it? So yes, now you get it. I’m performing at Porchlight Storytelling next Monday, September 16th. Truthfully, I don’t even know what story I’m gonna tell, but no worries, I’ll figure it out by then. I can tell stories for days!

The theme this time around is Exit Interview: Don’t Let The Door Hit You On The Ass. All the stories will be about leaving, like leaving a job or a relationship, or a habit. So it sounds like it’s gonna be  a pretty good show. Plus there are a lot of other rad people telling stories. Peep this lineup:

Producer Michael Ching

Social media guru Brittney Gilbert

Filmmaker Vero Majano

Composer Mike Morasky

and a special musical performance by Carletta Sue Kay

hosted by Arline Klatte and Ali Liebegott

You can find out more about each of them and buy tickets right here. Looking forward to seeing your lovely faces on Monday!
