Gina Carano Finally Fired for Anti-masker & Holocaust Post
It is hard enough in Hollywood to be a vocal Trump supporter or a Christian, but when you add ‘Anti-masker’ and ‘Anti-Trans’ to the equation, you really do become a ‘rebel’ in your industry. Star Wars The Madalorian star Gina Carano, was officially fired by Disney, after yet another controversial social media post by the MMA fighter turned actress. Carano played Rebel shock trooper Cara Dune for two seasons of “The Mandalorian.”
Lucasfilm released a statement saying Carano is not currently employed by the company “and there are no plans for her to be in the future.”
Carano has been posting right-wing memes on her social media account and liking far right posts for quite some time, the straw that broke her conspiratorial back was about ‘edited history’ and the holocaust.
Gina Carano via Instagram:
“Jews were beaten in the streets, not by Nazi soldiers but by their neighbors… even by children… Because history is edited, most people today don’t realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews. How is that any different from hating someone for their political views?” (post has since been deleted).
But before comparing herself and other conservatives to the victims of the holocaust, Carano had a habit of posting purposefully inflammatory memes and posts. When other Madalorian stars were putting their preferred pronouns in their bios in support of the trans community, Carano wrote “boop/bob/beep,” in hers.
Many took this as a direct insult to the trans community. Evangelicals on the other hand loved it. There were #Dueling Hashtags For Actress Gina Carano: #FireGinaCarano Vs. #WeLoveCaraDuneon social media. After all, it’s really hard for far right Christians to find another anti-trans actor to get behind these days. Not to mention one that is very suspicious of ‘science’, and ‘liberals’.
There's never been a character within Star Wars that I've loved as much as #CaraDune. She represents hope, strenght & pure fierceness. Be sure to come out TOMORROW to support @ginacarano & #CaraDune in the trend hour!

Voter Fraud conspiracy:
We need to clean up the election process so we are not left feeling the way we do today.
Put laws in place that protect us against voter fraud.
Investigate every state.
Film the counting.
Flush out the fake votes.
Require ID.
Make Voter Fraud end in 2020.
Fix the system. ??— Gina Carano ? (@ginacarano) November 5, 2020
And of course, a parting meme this morning about Jeffrey Epstein
— Gina Carano ? (@ginacarano) February 10, 2021
“Jefferey Epstein didn’t kill himself” is written in between the word soup.
While some are cheering the decisions others are claiming that there is another ‘Hollywood blacklist’ forming against conservatives. Carano’s last post was telling her fans that she was going over to the Christian run, satirical podcast The Babylon Bee. She may give a parting interview there.
Headed to go do the @TheBabylonBee podcast like… pic.twitter.com/3BcekqviId

The Babylon bee is a fascinating site modeled after satirical news site The Onion, but it is edited and written by Christian conservatives who mock leftist politics and science as much as The Onion mocks conservatives ideology.
The podcast has interviews with Christians from all walks of life, hosted by satirical writers, who constantly make light of liberal issues while also pocking fun at themselves. The only thing the show takes seriously is Christian faith, which is something I personally found incredibly interesting, and rare in comedy.
