It’s a big fucking week for the fine people over at Noise Pop. First, on Friday at the DNA Lounge they and Do415 are throwing an event called Hella Local which spotlights local musical acts. This time around there will be performances by Main AttrakionzFriendzone, and Chad Salty. The first 100 people who RSVP will get in for FREE! Otherwise it’s $10. Get on that shit now!

 Then on Saturday they are helping throw the 20th Street Block Party along with Ne Timeas Restaurant Group, Nomic, and The Bon Vivants. This shit is gonna be ill! There’s live music from all these bands, food and booze from these bad-asses, and a ton of other rad festivities. And the best part? It’s absolutely FREE! I know, don’t you love this city? I do. See your cute little faces there.

His weekly column, Broke-Ass City, appears every other Thursday in the San Francisco Examiner. Stuart’s writing has been translated into four languages.
