Every third Thursday our friends at the Contemporary Jewish Museum will be putting on a show. This time The Sam Chase will be performing live, and it’s all for a mere $5. Honestly this may be the best deal you’ll get in the city this month.
In honor of one of San Francisco’s greatest and most beloved benefactors Warren Hellman, the man behind the very fun and very FREE Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival in Golden Gate Park every year. The CJM will be featuring acts that have performed over the years during Hardly Strictly (HSB) on select Thursdays. There’s also a Hardly Strictly Warren Hellman exhibition on display with video footage from HSB’s archive of live performances and other items celebrating the work of an incredible philanthropist, business man, and true SF legend.
