It’s SF Pride weekend! A yearly gay family reunion of sorts. Fans will be thwackin’… and I can’t wait to see the fashion! I’ll be set up in Dolores Park on Saturday, so come say hi. It’s our weekend to celebrate the freedom to express our individuality…so be you. Here’s what I’m excited for the week of 6/25 and beyond.

18-year-old d4vd emerged as a visionary artist only one year after he began writing and recording heart-piercing tracks alone in his sister’s closet in Houston, Texas. As an avid Fortnite player, who has amassed over fifty thousand subscribers on his gaming channel, he noticed that the songs in his game montages were getting copyright strikes. This motivated d4vd to start recording his own tracks. He’s released a smattering of singles touching everything from indie-alternative to pop to R&B.

From July 9 to 20, their selections will screen—two per night—at the Roxie Theater. All of the proceeds from the festival will support the Roxie.
