FREE Yoga Fest
Yoga is my chosen form of exercise. I enjoy it immensely (once I drag my lazy ass out of the house and to the studio) and appreciate that for sixty to ninety minutes, I am encouraged not to think, just do. The only problem? Yoga classes are pricey. This makes me sad.
To avoid this sad/poor yoga cycle, I have made a habit of seeking out any and all deals and discounted classes, especially taking advantage of 'œfirst time student' packages. My method has proven quite effective, and although my workouts are not what you would call 'œregular' or 'œfrequent' I get my yoga fix often enough to have justified the purchase of my mat (five years ago).

From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM you will have access to FREE, all-level classes, yoga mats if you need them, and FREE energizing snacks and drinks! There will be an hourly raffle and 'œa special discount for all students and teachers involved.' Can I get an 'œom, om?'*
