Make Your Own Whiskey

Make your own whiskey at home. Yup, you read that right!

I have no idea how I came across this, but the internet is a strange and wonderful and here we are. Have you ever thought to yourself, “Man I hate paying for liquor. I should make my own!” If so I’ve got good news for you!

Make Your Own Whiskey Still

I came across this 5 gallon still that lets you make your own moonshine at home. The fine folks at Clawhammer Supply make the still as well as different kinds of spice mixes so that you can make your own cinnamon whiskey (like your very own version of Fireball) or apple pie moonshine if you like your booze with a bit of sweetness. Or you can just make straight up bourbon corn whiskey like your grand papi used to drink.

Sounds like a fun experiment, and if you do it all the right way you probably won’t go blind from drinking bad hooch. Ahem, I did say probably.

I even found this awesome book that guides you on how to make your own moonshine, whisky, vodka, rum and more.

Make Your Own Whiskey book

Doesn’t this just sound awesome? Who wouldn’t want to make their own hooch? You’ll obviously be the hit of the party wherever you go and you’ll always have a great present to give someone. Hell, speaking of presents, putting together a kit with a still, the book, and some ingredients might just be the perfect thing to give the whiskey lover in your life. Especially if they like a little hands on action.

So there you have it. Make your own whiskey, and after you try it to make sure you don’t kill yourself, invite me over for a party. Also, if you do buy any of this stuff, please do so through the links I provided so I get a little affiliate money from it.
