Free Admission to the Jewish Contemporary Museum, TODAY!
I’m still wiping the makeup off my face as we speak to hopefully get ready for the Indie Mart and not look like a hot mess. If you’re not into super amazing parties on Sundays that include fantastic bloody marys to edge off of your hungover state, today is another awesome free museum admission day!
Though I have not visited the Jewish Museum of Contemporary Art yet, I should get on it. They have some great sounding exhibitions up right now, including the ever timely Sendak on Sendak exhibit, which closely examines one of the most loved children’s books of all time.
If you have a San Francisco Public Library Card, you can get in for free today ALL DAY! If you’re without a library card, going to the main branch on the far east end of City Hall near Civic Center is a cinch and they can get you signed up in 10 minutes or less. Well worth it to actually just get inside the beautifully designed building!
