Nerd Out in Public at the FREE Lightsaber Battle this Saturday
We’re all nerds here, right? The kind of people who would enjoy playing with lightsabers in public on a Saturday night instead of going to a bar with friends or basically, NOT playing with lightsabers in public. Well well well, is Newmindspace putting on the event for us! Back by popular demand, Lightsaber Battle NYC returns to Washington Square Park this Saturday night for all of our regressive behavior needs.
Lightsabers can be reserved in advance for just $5–squee!–then just pick a side of the force and prepare for (pretend) battle. There’s even a giveaway contest for a Jedi Robe happening right here, which would not only make you one of the coolest stick swingers in the Square this weekend but solve the question of what to dress up as for Halloween for life.
