FREE Yoga and Juice Tasting This Saturday in Dolores Park
I know I’m not a pillar of health. Hell, if we’re making pillar comparisons I’m far closer to the pillar of salt that Lot’s Wife turned into in the bible than anything else. That said, I know some of you motherfuckers love yoga and juice and other healthy stuff. So that’s why I’m co-sponsoring this event with The Sub and Thistle. It’s FREE yoga and juice tasting! You feel me? Good.
Here’s all the info that I’m taking directly fem the FB event page:
This Saturday, Thistle in collaboration with The SUB and Broke-Ass Stuart present a FREE daytime yoga session and juice tasting at Dolores Park! Pre-sale tickets for juice and food can be purchased on Eventbrite. Show up at noon and bring your own mat!
We’ll be at the southeast corner of Dolores Park (Dolores st & 20th st) above the Dolores Park Playground and will begin the yoga session promptly at 1230p.
Yoga will be led by Sydney Mannion Fitness and Lifestyle Coach and a cold-pressed juice tasting will be provided by Thistle.
About the class:
This is a one hour power vinyasa flow yoga class with a relaxing and rejuvenating vibe. All levels are welcome. Bring a mat. $10 suggested donations after the session will go towards supporting the instructor.
Yoga brings your body back to its natural state of balance. It is a union between the body and the mind and forms a connection and a feeling of wholeness that no other form of exercise can. Yoga is not just physical, it is a state of mind that is carried throughout daily life. Yoga creates stronger, healthier bodies, and helps us achieve strength and balance in all areas of our lives.
